I love older movies. Musicals are really not my favorite but I always enjoy watching South Pacific. I have to be honest but Mitzi Gaynor sure looks good in those white shorts. Anyhow,(to get back on topic) I would love to have the soundtrack for South Pacific in an LP format. If you could be on the lookout for this, there are at least three different covers to choose from. Most people remember their first kiss or first car or first drink but I also remember the first book I read from a library. It was Danny and the Dinosaur by Syd Hoff. The library was on Elm St. in Ridgeway, Ontario. It was a 2 story converted house and Danny and the Dinosaur was the first book I borrowed. I also recall going into the old Dell's Department store and spending my 25 cent allowance on a thin stamp collector's book.
